Trying to avoid a large file size is also a good idea. Remember that many users will have slow connections!
Where a smaller size picture or lower resolution will do the same job for you, please consider your audience and make the effort to resize the graphics.

Oh yes and this website http://www.imageshack.us/
allows you to upload photos without an account, provides easy thumbnail linking, automatic resizing etc. Very easy to use.

The "Thumbnail for forums (1)" link is the one you should copy and paste to make it work on EAS - inserting that link puts a thumbnail view in the forum, which will load the full image when people click on it.

when you are logged into the forums you will see this button. "New Forum Topic". click on the button and then choose a subject and type you message - choose which forum your new post should be listed in.

scroll down and then hit the save button.

Alternatively go to the top right hand side of the site and see "My Account" There is a drop down there with all the options for your account, including New Forum Topic"
