Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style : Individually guided self practice combining breath and precise movements of a set sequence of postures. The Instructor gives wonderful adjustments and lots of individual attention in a group setting. Great for increasing harmony and balance between pevis spine and shoulder girdle. Increases physical stamina, strength & flexibility. Some knowledge of yoga is required but not necessarily skill as this will come with practice. Invigorating and empowering.
