Phnom Penh Community College presents a new sewing workshop called “Making a Weekend Dress” for those of you who love sewing you are in for a real treat.We are offering a sewing workshop where you can make a simple dress for wearing out on the weekend. Perfect for shopping or brunch then dress it up with jewellery, a belt or jacket and you are ready for dinner.
