Rougie chef and culinary advisor, Jocelyn Deumie is coming to Cambodia to team up with Sofitel Chief Executive chef Sakal Phoeung, sharing their combined expression and skill to create a special one-off dinner, exhibiting the many delights of Foie Gras and Magret de Canard.

Food and Beverage Director Giuliano Gallegaro and wine expert Darren Gall will specifically select and pair outstanding wines to each dish
