6PM: CHAKTOMUK SHORT FILM FESTIVAL (CSFF) is back for its fourth run and is calling for all budding filmmakers to submit their entries for this year's festival before the 1 September deadline. The film festival is touted as the first short film festival in Cambodia that yearly promotes and rewards talented filmmakers not just in the Kingdom but the rest of South-East Asia.
