Everyone in Phnom Penh knows it or has seen it. It is a landmark, built by Cambodia’s most famous architect Vann Molyvann. But have you been inside?
The White Building is not only historically significant for the city of Phnom Penh, it is also full of bustling and colorful life. It is home to small business owners, artists, activists, as well as impoverished city dwellers. Tharo, a student who lives in the building with his family will be your guide, introduce you to the history and structure of the building, and tell you all about it’s community.
