From Trip Advisor: The Pho here is unreal, some of the best throughout Vietnam. The beef that they use is so tender and delicious that they serve it rare. Also, if you're really hungry order their steak: I was told it was the best in Vietnam and I agree. The service is absoloutely great too, everything comes out instantly!
