Monument Books is located in the centre of Phnom Penh and is the pre-eminent international book store of Cambodia. Monument Toys shares the same site and stocks a wide range of brand name toys of world renown, sourced direct from the manufacturers and therefore adhering to international safety standards. Our café is run by The Blue Pumpkin. Our opening hours are 7am to 8.30pm every day - we close only over Khmer New year, Pchum Ben and the Water Festival.
