PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

U.S. Embassy representatives from the American Citizens Services, Non-Immigrant Visa and Immigrant Visa of the Consular Section; and the Social Security Administration will be in:
ANGELES CITY
Thursday, January 28, 2010
8:00 am to 11:00 am
Hotel EuroAsia Hotel
Don Juico Avenue, Malabanias,
Angeles City (beside America Hotel)
American Citizens Services personnel will answer questions and:
ü Accept applications for Passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad
ü Provide information on registering with the Embassy
ü Perform notaries and affidavits of legal capacity to marry in the Philippines

Non-Immigrant Visa personnel will answer questions and:
ü Give out general information regarding the visa application process
(Note: Personnel cannot entertain case/application specific inquiries)

Immigrant Visa personnel will answer questions and:
ü Provide instructions for applying for U.S. Immigrant status
ü Field questions related to existing immigrant visa applications

Social Security Administration will answer questions and:
ü Discuss basic entitlement requirements for the different Social Security benefits;
ü Develop claims for benefits;
ü Process Social Security number applications;
ü Resolve Post-Entitlement cases, e.g., Change of Address, Report of Death, Medicare Enrollment, Direct Deposit enrollment, Non-receipt of benefits, etc.

IMPORTANT CHANGE:
Because of banking issues, we can only accept Philippine pesos as payment for services.
(Peso exchange rate will be provided during the Outreach)
