Cambodia will today look to better her performance in the ongoing 26th SEA games as more athletes take to the field. In the first day of activities yesterday, Cambodia returned with only one bronze won by Seavmey Sorn in the women Under 62kg Taekwondo. Other athletes in Swimming, Athletics and Badminton fell by the way side.

In the second day of activities, Lim Odam will take to the pools in the Sriwijaya Sporthall to compete in the 100m butterfly. The 19 year old swimmer who lost out in yesterday's 100m Breastroke will be looking to qualify for he finals as he is drawn in lane 1 along with Swimmers from Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines.

Also in the Swimming event is Hemthon Ponloue who will compete in the 50m Breastroke. Hemthon Ponloue got to the finals of the 50m butterfly yesterday only to finish 7th overall and couldnt make it to the podium. He has been drawn on lane 7 with 6 other contestants.

In athletics today, Long distance runner Kien Samorn will be in lane 5 to contest with 10 others in the 1500m race. He will have to be at his best against the Games record holder from Vietnam, Nguyen Dun Cuong who holds the record of 3:45:31 from the SEA games in laos in 2009.

The Football team will also today play their last match against Malaysia. The match is more or less a formality for the Cambodians who had lost all previous three matches against Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. However Malaysia will be going all out to do better than their previous 0-0 draw against Singapore and 2-1 win over Thailand to give them a better chance to qualify as the result against Cambodia could help or mar their chances. Cambodia will surely be looking to keep the score low as they have only pride to play for at this stage.

Seavmey Sorn won Cambodia's first Medal a bronze in U62kg Female taekwondo Yesterday

In the Pentanque event, Cambodia will look to better their performance from yesterday's men singles which saw 2007 and 2009 Gold medal winner Sok Chanmean record 4 wins and 2 loses. Today the women singles team led by Ouk Srey Mom will take on Thailand in the first game before going on to face Malaysia in the round robin women singles.
