Cambodia will today look to put behind their faltered start to the SEA games football as the Team take on Singapore in the Second Game of the Group stage.

As the Nation Celebrate their Independence today which coincides with the start of the three days Water Festival the football team will look to give their teeming fans something to cheer.

Cambodia fired blanks in the 6-0 trashing in the hand of host Indonesia on Monday while Singapore played out a scoreless draw against defending champions Malaysia. Both sides will need to win today to stand any chance of progressing in the competition.

Meanwhile Assistant coach Meas Channa is optimistic that Cambodia would hold their own against Singapore today.
"the players were disappointed with the result of the first game" says Channa " They are in good spirit now and are confident of doing better against Singapore." the former Naga Winger told Expat-Advisory.

In the other Group Game, Thailand will take on Malaysia in the early kickoff at 4pm.
