Zinc #1 is a bright, airy split-level walk-up located on the first floor. The kitchen, living room and half-bath are located downstairs and include floor-to-ceiling windows, bar, desk, lounge sofa and intimate terrace overlooking Street 240.
Zinc #2 is a bright, airy split-level walk-up located on the second floor. It is very similar to Zn #1. The kitchen, living room and half-bath are located downstairs. The room includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a bar, desk, lounge sofa and small terrace overlooking Street 240.
Zinc #3 is a third-floor, studio walk-up with a large private terrace on the fourth floor. The main area includes kitchen, bar and spacious bath as well as a desk and working area. The lounge sofa converts into a queen-sized bed.
Zinc #4 is a quaint, three-story apartment with the kitchen, dining area and half bath on the first level, a large lounge and living room on the second floor and the bedroom on the third floor. Floor plan details:
