Muan White Lotus Festival

The Muan White Lotus Festival will be held at Hoesan White Lotus Ground, Muan-gun, Jeollanam-do on July 25---29. Muan is the largest habitat of the white lotus in Asia. The festival is special in that while most lotus flowers are pink, Muan lotus flowers are snow white in color. Visitors can also try various foods such as lotus ice cream, lotus shakes, lotus sandwiches, lotus noodles and lotus wrapped rice.
